- Account Information: An anonymous account with a random identifier is created automatically when you first use the app — no name or email is required. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the name and email address the provider shares with us (with Sign in with Apple, you can choose to hide your real email)
- Onboarding Answers: Your practice goal (e.g., sleep, stress relief, focus, energy), preferred session duration, preferred time of day, voice tempo, and experience level
- Demographic Information (optional): Age range and gender — both can be skipped
- Reminder Settings: Whether practice reminders are enabled and your chosen reminder time
- Progress Data: Sessions completed, total minutes practiced, days practiced, streaks, program progress, and session timestamps
- Subscription Information: Subscription status and purchase history, if premium features are offered (payment is processed entirely by the app stores — we never receive or store your payment card details)
- Support Messages: If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message
2.2 Usage Information
We automatically collect certain information about how you use our Services:
- App Usage Analytics: Feature usage, screen views, session start/completion rates, program progression, and user engagement metrics
- Device Information: Device type, operating system and version, app version, language, and timezone
- Performance Data: Technical error reports, such as a failed audio download or playback and its reason
- Network Information: Like any internet service, our service providers technically process your IP address when the app communicates with their servers (for example, to deliver audio files). We disable IP-based location lookup in our analytics and do not store IP addresses in your user profile
